Covering 53,000 square meters with a 60,000-square-meter built-up area, Liserve’s industrial park is equipped with 10 intelligent production lines, ABB industrial robots, laser cutting machines and automated production lines, realizing full-process intelligent management. The smart factory adopts intelligent monitoring and data analysis systems to accurately control each production link, reducing manual intervention and errors. With an annual production capacity of over one million units, it ensures stable supply of high-quality education equipment for global clients, supporting large-scale orders of School Furniture, Desk, Standing Desk, Teaching Instruments and Experimental Equipment.
The person in charge of Liserve said that the smart factory is an important measure to respond to the national "intelligent manufacturing" strategy and education equipment modernization trend.
